The Berkeley Cottages

The Berkeley Cottages are located between 4119-69 S. Berkeley Ave. and 4130-62 S. Lake Park Ave. Built in 1886-87, these residences are remaining structures of a larger "workers' cottage" development designed by Cicero Hine.
